At BWR Fitness, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Products must be in the same condition received
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened supplements
- Used fitness equipment
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
For health and safety reasons, supplements that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll work quickly to make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong product was sent
- The item was defective upon arrival
Exchanges
At this time, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability.
